SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions

Program and business

We Found Adventure, LLC, operating as We Found Adventure, provides the We Found Adventure Rental Texting program. Customers who opt in receive transactional SMS/MMS about their trailer rental, including booking confirmations, self-service pickup instructions, return reminders and two-way customer support. Customers may reply with pickup or return condition photos. This program sends no marketing messages.

Consent

To enroll, enter your mobile number on our rental booking form and select the optional, unchecked texting consent checkbox before submitting. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your rental and support requests. Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out. After the opt-out confirmation, you will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again. Reply START to resume previously consented messaging.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile opt-in is not shared with third parties for their marketing. We use service providers to operate the messaging service. Read our SMS Privacy Policy for information about data collection and use.
